EARLY RENTAL RETURNS

If you choose to return a bike rental earlier than your reserved duration, no refund will be given for the reduced time.

LATE RENTAL RETURNS

If you choose to return the bike later than the reserved duration your account will automatically be charged for the extra time. PLEASE NOTE: Full Day Rentals are due back the same day at 8pm. Full-Day Rentals are NOT 24-hour rentals.

CANCELED TRIPS AND RENTALS

48 hour notice

15% administration fee.

48 Hour notice FOR 4 OR MORE BIKES

Will result in a 50% administration fee

WITHIN 48 HOURS

Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in a full charge.

No-shows

NO-SHOWS

No-shows will be charged the full price.

Cycle San Juan reserves the right to cancel any tour or rental prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In such a case, a full refund of the cost of the trip is given. Cycle San Juan is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparation for the trip or rentals. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
